Major General Le Minh Manh is a senior officer of the Vietnam People’s Public Security and currently serves as the Deputy Director General of the Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention under the Ministry of Public Security.

With extensive experience in ensuring national cybersecurity and combating high-tech crimes, Major General Le Minh Manh has made significant contributions to the development of national strategies, policies, and measures to safeguard Vietnam’s cyberspace, strengthening the country’s cyber defense and information security capabilities in the digital era.

Mr. Nguyễn Thành Đạt is the Deputy CEO of VNCS and CEO of VNCS Global, bringing over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity. He is a pioneer in applying Big Data and AI to intelligent cybersecurity monitoring and operations, enhancing SOC capabilities and enabling organizations to proactively defend against advanced threats.

Under his leadership, VNCS Global has developed innovative security solutions such as VNCS Web Monitoring, VNCS VSIEM, and VNCS VSOAR, earning numerous prestigious domestic and international awards. Mr. Đạt is also a renowned lecturer and keynote speaker in the cybersecurity field and holds multiple international certifications including ECSA, CEH, GSEC, and CCDA.

Mr. Ngo Quoc Vinh is the Vice CEO of VNCS Global with over 10 years of in-depth experience in information security, network systems, and technology risk management. With the strategic vision of “Securing the Digital Future,” he leads the company’s efforts in applying international standards, advanced technologies, and cutting-edge security services to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions for both domestic and regional markets.

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Quân is the Deputy Head of the Technical Division at VNCS, with over 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. He has extensive expertise in security solution integration and deployment, as well as hands-on experience in designing network monitoring and defense infrastructures for major enterprises such as Techcombank, MBbank, Agribank, Vingroup, and Napas.

In his current role, Mr. Quân is responsible for technical consulting and cybersecurity architecture design, assisting partners and clients in building comprehensive and proactive defense systems against evolving cyber threats. He holds multiple international certifications and vendor accreditations from leading technology providers including Splunk, Forescout, Fortra, CrowdStrike, EC-Council, and (ISC)².

Mr. Son is the Technical Director at VNCS Global (Vietnam Cybersecurity Solution Technology JSC). With extensive experience in information security and SOC (Security Operations Center) operations, he leads VNCS Global’s engineering team in deploying, managing, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions for both domestic and international enterprises.

Mr. Tài is a Master of Information Security and currently serves as Deputy Director of Services at VNCS Global. With over eight years of experience in cybersecurity, he oversees and ensures the quality of VNCS Global’s key services, including SOC, Pentest, Compliance Consulting, and Incident Response — contributing to the company’s technical excellence and trusted reputation.

Raja has over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity, with extensive expertise across enterprise environments including banking, oil and gas, and multinational corporations.

With hands-on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) experience since 2007, Raja specializes in network security, data protection, and system security.

At Fortra, he focuses on the Data Protection portfolio across the APAC region, helping organizations strengthen their information security posture and ensure regulatory compliance.

He is a Solution Engineer in the IT technology field with over sixteen (16) years of experience in systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Chris is responsible for Fortra’s offensive security solutions, covering red teaming tools such as Cobalt Strike and Outflank, as well as penetration testing tools like Core Impact.

Clarence brings over 10 years of distinguished experience in the realm of software security, catering to diverse stakeholders including developers, outsourced development teams, end users, and as a trusted security consultant. His extensive tenure in this field has afforded him an in-depth understanding of the intricacies involved in safeguarding software systems.

Desmond Poh is a skilled Solutions Engineer at Splunk, specializing in data analytics and cybersecurity.

He began his journey supporting government accounts in Singapore before expanding to telecom and travel sectors across the APJC region. With over three years of hands-on implementation experience at a Splunk partner, Desmond brings deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of real-world customer challenges.
